Loyalty, Leadership, and Legacy
The 1947 Club
Consistently contributing to the success of the Stevenson community
The 1947 Club recognizes the loyalty and commitment of donors who have given annually to Â鶹Éç for two or more consecutive fiscal years (July – June). This group provides important philanthropic support each year to help us provide an outstanding and affordable education to our students. We honor 1947 Club members for their loyalty in publications and at other activities throughout the year.
Alumni, current and former parents, and friends will automatically join the 1947 Club after they make their second consecutive yearly gift. Their membership will continue with their ongoing support.

The Great Oaks Society
Recognizing those making a planned gift to Â鶹Éç
The Great Oaks Society recognizes individuals who include Â鶹Éç in their or contribute through a .
The Great Oaks Society was named for the land where Â鶹Éç began. In 1947, the Notre Dame de Namur order of religious sisters came in possession of a piece of land known as “Seven Oaks.” The sisters renamed the property Villa Julie after the order’s founder, Saint Julie Billiart. After a series of major transformations, this property eventually became Â鶹Éç.
The Great Oaks Society is named after these white oaks known for their magnificent stature and long life. These namesakes connect the Great Oaks Society to the land on which Â鶹Éç was founded and remains symbolic of the strength and stability philanthropic gifts provide to the University.
We honor Great Oaks Society members through invitations to special events and private receptions. To learn more about joining the Great Oaks Society, please contact Chris Vaughan at (443) 334-2624 or cvaughan@stevenson.edu.
